When my wife and I bought our first home we were less than satisfied with the whole experience. We had expected a better understanding of our position and needs, and wanted better explanations of options from our real estate agent. I was a sales trainer at the time time, and knew that accurate and effective information about possible options would have helped us develop a better strategy to achieve our goal.
One of my prime motivations is to exceed my clients' expectations. I believe communication is the key. I just listen to what the client is really saying, and then use my knowledge and experience to meet their specific needs. I genuinely enjoy helping people solve their problem, whether it's buying or selling. I want lifelong clients. I am not interested in just making a sale. The best way I know to do that is to provide more than people expect, through knowledge, experience, and service, with integrity.
